We are delighted to share insights from the first day of week-long internship program, “Diversity Management of Higher Education in the Age of Digitization,” held from 20th to 24th November 2023 at Mendel University, Brno, Czech Republic.

This event marks a significant milestone in academic collaboration, bringing together top management representatives from leading Ukrainian universities. Participants include the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Sumy State University, Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

The focus of the visit is to engage in a deep exploration of the Czech Republic’s best practices in higher education, specifically in the realm of diversity management amid the challenges and opportunities presented by digital advancements. This provides a unique platform for Ukrainian academic leaders to interact with their Czech peers, exchange valuable experiences, and formulate forward-thinking strategies to enhance diversity management within their institutions.
