The overarching goal of the project is to contribute to the development of Ukrainian education by empowering students to become better leaders, retaining talented teachers in Ukrainian universities, and improving the quality of higher education through effective university management practices.

Strengthening the leadership and internationalization of students from Ukraine: Providing them with opportunities for skill development and international interactions. This goal has several positive consequences, such as creating a diverse and inclusive learning environment, producing more globally-minded graduates who can better navigate an interconnected world, and promoting collaboration between Ukrainian and international students.

Stabilization of human sources at Ukrainian Universities by eliminating the brain drain of teachers: The project offers incentives that encourage these teachers to remain in the country and continue their teaching careers. By doing so, the project aims to prevent the loss of talented educators to other countries, ensuring their continued contribution to the Ukrainian education system.

Transfer Czech know-how in the field of university management for Improvement of Higher Education Quality: Another important aim of the project is to enhance the quality of higher education in Ukraine. This is accomplished through the sharing of expertise and knowledge in effective university management. Experts from the Czech Republic specializing in university management collaborate with their Ukrainian counterparts, exchanging experiences and best practices. The goal is to assist Ukrainian institutions in developing more efficient strategies for managing their universities, ultimately improving the overall quality of education provided.
