Our project fosters collaboration between young Ukrainian researchers, PhD students, and academics from Ukraine and the Czech Republic, preparing joint presentations for international conferences. We are excited to share the first results of this initiative.

Mariia Kutova and Volodymyr Soroka, PhD students in the Department of Management and Administration at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, presented at the «Youth of Science – 2024» conference, held on April 24-26, 2024. They delivered papers on “Adaptation of E-Government and Information Security Strategies to New Realities” and “Problems of Forming Financial Mechanisms for the Development of Territorial Communities in Ukraine,” supervised by Dr. Nataliia Tkalenko. Additionally, we are excited to share highlights from the III International Forum “Economics. Finance. Business. Management. FROM RECOVERY TO GROWTH,” held on May 21-24, 2024, at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. This prestigious event gathered scholars, civil servants, educators, and students to discuss pivotal topics in economic science.

At the forum, Mariia Balytska, a young researcher from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, presented “Financial Inclusion Across Gender: Case of the Czech Republic and Ukraine,” prepared jointly with Associate Professors Martina Rašticová and Nataliia Versal. This presentation explored gender disparities and advancements in financial inclusion in both countries, innovative strategies to enhance banking services, and the impact of digitalization on the insurance sector.
