A Productive Day at TAK Project – Building Bridges of Collaboration

The fourth day of the project proved to be both intense and highly productive. Academics from Ukrainian universities had the opportunity to attend two enlightening lectures delivered by the project coordinators, Nataliia Tkalenko, DSc, Professor, and Mgr. Bc. Ondřej Pavelek, Ph.D. The lectures centered around the theme of “Enhancing Communication in the Academic Environment.”

The highlight of the day was a special meeting between project participants and the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, doc. Ing. Svatopluk Kapounek, Ph.D. During this meeting, possible avenues of collaboration between Mendel University and Ukrainian universities in joint scientific research and educational programs were discussed. Towards the end of the meeting, the Dean presented certificates and commemorative gifts to the Ukrainian academic stuff, fostering a spirit of partnership and cooperation.

In an engaging session with Matouš Glanc, Ph.D., director of CZEXPATS in Science, a constructive dialogue unfolded. The focus was on exploring potential means of support for Ukrainian researchers, discussing key areas of interest, and addressing the most significant challenges they face.
