Martina Rašticová is an associate professor at Mendel University in Brno, currently a vice-dean for internationalisation and also leading the Resarch Team Smart Society, she has been working on gender, age and cross-cultural research projects and publishing since 1998. From 2004 – 2007, she lived in Washington, DC, in 2006 – 2007, she received the Associated Research Scholarship at George Washington University. She is the author of the monograph Czech Woman between Profession and Family (2011), editor of the monographs Diversity is Reality (2011), Age management (2013), To work or to be retired? (2018). She has also contributed several chapters to the monographs edited by Michele Paludi, issued by Praeger Publisher, USA. She is currently a chair of COST Action CA 21107 DIGI-net. Also, participated on the international project: Dynamics of Accumulated Inequalities for Seniors in Employment (DAISIE) supported by NORFACE; provider of few national projects focusing on extending working life.
Professor Natalia Tkalenko, director of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Management, Food Technologies & Trade at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, is a distinguished academic, researcher, and mentor. Her 25 years of teaching and research, professionalism, and leadership have earned her respect and recognition, including the title of Honoured Worker of Science and Technology in 2018.
Ondřej Pavelek is an assistant professor at the Department of Law and Humanity Sciences within the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno. He possesses extensive expertise in the field of digitalization and policies, with a particular focus on civil law and the protection of personality rights. In 2020, he successfully completed his doctoral studies, obtaining a PhD. in civil law. Ondřej’s academic pursuits have been complemented by valuable practical experiences. He had the opportunity to intern at prestigious institutions such as the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament and the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations in New York, USA. These internships provided him with firsthand exposure to the intricacies of legislative processes and policy-making, both at the national and international levels.
Dr. Nataliia Versal is an Associate Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a researcher at Mendel University in Brno. With a 20-year career in the financial industry, she is a highly accomplished researcher and teacher. Dr. Versal has authored over 70 scientific publications, including peer-reviewed articles, conference papers, and textbook chapters. Her research interests revolve around financial system digitalization, financial literacy and well-being, monetary and macroprudential policies, and Industry 5.0. She has attended conferences in Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, Turkey, and the Czech Republic. She has participated in Erasmus mobility programs, including the International Summer School at the University of Coruna (Spain) and PEERS at the University of Aveiro (Portugal).Beyond her research, Dr. Versal has acted as an expert in finance and banking for USAID FINREP II and USAID Financial Sector Transformation. She has contributed to the development of financial literacy programs and provided training in this field.
